In less time than you think, American Red Cross training can give you the vital knowledge and skills you’ll need to respond to a life-threatening situation with confidence. All of our courses have easy-to-understand instructions and skill practice sessions. You’ll also receive a participant’s workbook and laminated Adult CPR/AED and/or First Aid skill cards that include full-color images and easy-to-read text that will walk you step by step through a variety of lifesaving skills. The skill cards will also serve as an excellent refresher and reference tool after training is complete. We offer a range of courses for the community  and workplace  

Standard First Aid with CPR/AED—Adult
In addition to CPR, this course also includes training in using an automated external defibrillator (AED) on a victim of sudden cardiac arrest. Useful take-home course materials help you retain skills and serve as an excellent refresher and reference tool after training is complete. Updated with the latest science for first aid, CPR and emergency cardiovascular care. Meets OSHA First Aid Guidelines.

Standard First Aid with CPR—Adult
Learn the skills needed to prevent, recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses until advanced medical personnel arrive. This course covers first aid and adult CPR in an approach that complements adult learning styles, featuring hands-on practice and real-life scenarios. CPR/AED—Adult
This CPR course also includes training in using an AED on an adult victim of sudden cardiac arrest. CPR—Child and Infant
Designed for childcare providers, teachers, parents and others who care for children, this course teaches participants how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children up to 12 years old. Optional child AED training is also available. Useful take-home course materials help you retain skills and serve as an excellent refresher and reference tool after training is complete. Updated with the latest science for CPR and emergency cardiovascular care.

Adult, Infant and Child CPR with First Aid
This course trains individuals how to help prevent and recognize the symptoms of sudden illness and injury, and how to provide basic care. The training also gives participants the knowledge and skills to recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory and cardiac emergencies in adults, infants and children until more advanced medical personnel arrive and takes over. This class is perfect for child-care workers, expectant parents, grandparents, and anyone who cares for children and infants.

AED Training (Automated External Defibrillator)
This is a course that is added on to many of our Adult and Child CPR classes to enhance life-saving skills. Individuals are trained on when an AED is necessary and how to operate an AED in case of a sudden cardiac emergency.
